  • Intelligent Methods for Test and Reliability

INFOTECH (short for Information Technology) is an english- taught, international master program that combines the fields of electrical engineering and computer science.
You'll be able to broaden your horizons as you hone your skills in both areas.  In addition, while pursing one of the 4 majors, the layout of the course catalogues also allows students to tailor their degree to their interests.

 

The University of Stuttgart ranks not only among the top technical universities in Germany, but also the world.
It has strong connections with the industry and is a center of  university-based, non-university, and industrial research. 

The University

Germany is conveniently located in the „center of europe“ and Stuttgart is located in the industry center of Germany.

You are well situated to explore Europe during the semester breaks – or even over a long weekend.  In Stuttgart, you are ideally situated near industry leaders such as Bosch, Porsche, Mahle, Daimler and more. 

Have the chance to experience new cultures, travel and maybe even learn a new language.  Increase your employment potential and make international connections.

Actually, its not as expensive as you might think!

In order to attain the necessary study permit you will need to prove that you have sufficient funds to support yourself.  Currently that means providing proof that you have access to ca. 1000eur per month.
This figure repsents the average amount a student needs to cover their costs every month (rent, food, etc).

In addition there is:
Tuition (for non-EU)  - 1,500.00 eur per semester
Semester fees  - ca. 215.00 eur per semester

Many students, to futher supplement their lifestyle, look into research assistant positions within the university or working student contracts in the industry.
As an international student you are generally permitted to work up to 20 hours per week.
